Ten years ago, one of Propagent’s co-founders started a small business. It was exciting and exhausting work, and it wasn’t long before he needed office space.

Like most, he drove around looking for “Space for Lease” signs and began calling landlords and property brokers. Some properties were too big, some too expensive and some were in the wrong location.

Eventually he found a home for his business — but only after spending a lot of time on a real estate transaction at the expense of building his new business. Years later, our co-founder learned that he could have avoided the typical hassles of finding an office space by using a tenant leasing agent at no cost to him. He probably would have gotten a better deal, too.

From that experience, Propagent was born.
